By using Zonnex, you agree not to use the service for any purpose that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Indian law.

Prohibited uses

• Sending messages to contacts who have not explicitly opted in
• Using purchased or scraped contact lists
• Sending spam, phishing, or misleading content
• Operating in WhatsApp-prohibited verticals (gambling, adult content, firearms, pharmaceuticals without approval)
• Impersonating another business or individual

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund, and may be reported to Meta.
